To clear up your face I would use clean and clear persa gel 10. put it on the twice a day, once in the morning and once at night. for the bags under your eyes i would say take 2 bags of green tea and put them in hot water to steep for about 5 minutes. Then take them out and let them cool for a minute of so. then put the warm bags on your eyes for about 20 minutes and your bags should look a lot better.
For bags under the eyes - for a low $ approach - try putting spoons in the fridge for 10 mins. then apply under they eye with the rounded side towards the eye.





For an actual product - Freeze 24/7 makes great products but they are really pricey, but well worth it.





As far as clearing up acne - try Leaf and Rusher Green Tea Wash or Glycolic Acid Wash by DDF. Use an oil free moisturizer. Don't forget to moisturize! Your skin will over produce oil if it is too dry from NOT moisturizing. I know, confusing, right!
