Power is right but, I would NOT want my neighbors to see what was in my trash. I am just private in that respect..Will clear clear plastic garbage bags increase or decrease the amount of garbag families put out for collectio?
If you families use clear plastic bags, they will need to use more garbage bags since they can't hold as much weight as the contractor bags(the big black ones).
