I'm with Juls here... try Michael's Crafts or also try a party supply outlet. Places like Half-Price Card Shop or Party Supply outlet has tons of them. Often times, a craft store (do you have a Michael's near you?) has a whole baking section with bags like that. Not sure of the sizes, tho.
I usually find mine at Wal-Mart during the holidy seasons.
You can probably find them anywhere like that!
