Why are the bags on the inside of Froot Loops bags not clear like normal cereal bags?

Is there some random thing in there or something? Because like Cheerios and stuff don't have that. . . just was curious with my friends and we wanted to know the answer. . .Why are the bags on the inside of Froot Loops bags not clear like normal cereal bags?
The bags are made to help keep in the smell. This way other cereals in the plant or being shipped by truck don't get contaminated. Or so you're cheerios don't taste like fruit loops.Why are the bags on the inside of Froot Loops bags not clear like normal cereal bags?
Its because Fruit loops makes them differently I guess.
