Is it ok if i have my liquids in a clear bag with a zipper but not a ziplock bag?

That should be fine, as long as the bag is clear that is the main point. They just need to be able to easily see the liquids and gels that you have packed in the bag. If by chance they don't accept the bag, when you go through the security checkpoint at most airports they have the clear ziplock bags to give out to passengers.Is it ok if i have my liquids in a clear bag with a zipper but not a ziplock bag?
Zip top bags are listed on the website. There are single travel bags for sale in most department and drug stores like Walmart and Walgreens. Go to the toiletry aisle. Also check out the link below.

Go to http://www.tsa.gov/311/index.shtm.
Get the ziptop bag. TSA can be very picky. There website states ';All liquids, gels and aerosols must be placed in a single, quart-size, zip-top, clear plastic bag. Gallon size bags or bags that are not zip-top such as fold-over sandwich bags are not allowed. Each traveler can use only one, quart-size, zip-top, clear plastic bag.';
You should be okay but do you really want to chance it on a box of ziplocs that will cost you less than $3 for the whole box?
