Do i need to use clear ziploc bag to hold my pads/tampons when going on a plane?

I'm bringing them because im moving and i spent money on them already so i prefer bringing them.So im wondering if i need a second baggy for them or not?Do i need to use clear ziploc bag to hold my pads/tampons when going on a plane?
You can if you want to, but you won't have to take it out when going through the metal detector. The only thing you really need/have to put in a bag are liquid items in 3oz, or smaller containers.
